Kelsey

BHC Consultants hired Christopher Kelsey and Thomas Giese as principal engineers. Kelsey has 23 years of experience in design of water and wastewater systems. He was project manager for the Arlington wastewater treatment plant, and will manage projects and help develop new clients in the Puget Sound region. Giese has 19 years of experience with wastewater, water and reclaimed water projects. He will strengthen and expand the treatment process group. He was lead process engineer for the Arlington project. BHC is a Seattle-based engineering, planning, and code compliance consulting firm.
