The Bristol Alliance of Companies said Joe Terrell, its president and chief executive officer, will retire at year's end. He will be replaced by Travis Woods, who has been with Bristol for 18 years and who has led Bristol Engineering Services Corp., a member of the Bristol Alliance. John Blees was named chief operating officer of Bristol Engineering Services. Blees has been with Bristol for 10-plus years. Terrell joined Bristol in 1996. Under his leadership, it has grown to eight companies with more than 300 employees. It provides construction, engineering, range and unexploded ordnance response work, and environmental and remediation work.
