Steve Shea, managing partner and a founding partner of Berger Partnership, has retired after 41 years with the firm. Greg Brower is now managing partner. He oversees financial and operational practices, and is a principal-in-charge for multi-use, park and senior living projects. Brower's work includes the REI Flagship Store, Maple Leaf and Jefferson parks, and residential projects. Shea has a history of wide-ranging projects and licenses in over 27 states. The firm said he helped build it from a staff of two to a respected landscape architecture practice with a collaborative work ethic and thoughtful design approach. Shea will work part-time on Lincoln Square in Bellevue. The firm provides landscape architecture and urban design.
