In the Bellevue office, David Evans and Associates hired Keith Wolf, Ph.D., as Puget Sound regional manager focusing on natural resources and environmental services. Wolf has over 26 years of experience in the industry, much of it gained through public sector work. He has worked for Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation and the state fish and wildlife department. DEA designs transportation, water, land, energy and marine infrastructure systems.
