Bellevue-based Osborn Consulting hired Joshua Van Wie, Katie Herold and Jeff Roeser as project engineers. Van Wie supports stormwater projects with five years of experience with water resources modeling. Herold uses 12 years of civil engineering experience to support the transportation design group. She has worked in stormwater design and modeling, design of dry and wet utilities, erosion and sediment control, and low impact design. Roeser is an engineer with over 10 years of experience in design. He works in the site development group on commercial and municipal projects.
