Dana McGowan joined Environmental Science Associates as cultural resources practice leader in Sacramento, California. She replaces Dr. Mitch Marken, who remains on the cultural resources team with an expanded role in national marketing and business development. McGowan is an archaeologist with over 34 years of experience. She was with Parsons-Brinckerhoff. ESA is a West Coast-based environmental planning and design firm.
