HKS is betting on the PNW

The Seattle health studio worked on this new orthopedic hospital in South Dakota. The building includes a 56-room hotel.

Global design firm HKS opened its Seattle office in 2023 in the Rainier Square office building at 400 University St. The office is HKS's 27th overall and its first in the Pacific Northwest.
