UW plans bid release for GC/CM, architect on Intellectual House's second phase

Intellectual House’s student-focused Phase II (left) aims to combine cultural connections and academic support.

The University of Washington will soon be seeking an architect and a general contractor/construction manager for Phase II of its Intellectual House, a 7,200-square foot building focused on student belonging and community.
