Concord Pacific announces fall opening, new general manager, for Seattle House

Seattle House has twin 45-story residential towers above a multi-level podium.

Developer Concord Pacific US says it will open Seattle House this fall. Above-ground construction for the luxury apartment building started at 2300 Sixth Ave. in the heart of Denny Triangle in late 2023.
