Ballard Link RFQ set for 2027

SEATTLE — Sound Transit said in a (very) advance notice in the DJC on Tuesday that it plans to issue an RFQ for civil engineering design services for the Ballard Link Extension in October 2027.

Sound Transit said in the notice that it had established a secure Data Room for interested firms with selected project information on the anticipated evaluation criteria and development of responsive SOQs.
