Seattle-based Maria Barrios is a rising retail design star

Barrios worked on the renovation of the Salish Lodge & Spa, completed in 2025.

Visual Merchandising and Store Design (VMSD) magazine honored the 12 recipients of its annual Designer Dozen award earlier this month at the International Retail Design Conference in Las Vegas.
