WSDOT puts out its 10th Gray Notebook

Our state seems to be a rarity when it comes to transparency in government, at least as far as the Washington State Department of Transportation is concerned.
“Only three other states come to mind — Missouri, Michigan and Tennessee — as examples of states with as much public disclosure,” said Tony Dorsey, media relations manager for the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials in Washington, D. C.
