McMillen announced that Kelly Tilford has joined its Boise office. Tilford brings 30 years' experience in hydro-related engineering and construction, including alternatives analysis, primary design, construction oversight, cost estimating, scheduling and financial analysis. As a member of McMillen's senior team, Kelly will manage new and existing projects to strengthen McMillen's growing presence in hydroelectric design and construction throughout the Western United States, Alaska, and Canada.
