MGAC completes merger with Basis

MGAC announced that it has completed a merger with Basis LLC, a cost and risk consultancy headquartered in Los Angeles. Basis is made up of former directors of Davis Langdon/Aecom and led by Nick Butcher. Prior to founding Basis, Butcher was the national leader of Davis Langdon's U.S. practice.

Headquartered in Washington, DC, MGAC has offices in New York, Seattle and Toronto.

Basis is a consultancy focusing on the built environment.
