Cairncross & Hempelmann hired Ryan White, who was a partner at Bean, Gentry, Wheeler & Peternell and established that firm's Seattle office. White will focus on real estate transactions, condominium formation, commercial leasing and advising developers as part of the Dirt team. Eric Christensen has joined the firm as a partner. He was chair of the Energy, Telecommunications & Utilities Group at Gordon Thomas Honeywell. His practice focuses on energy regulation, transactions and litigation.
