Washington State University

Washington State University named David Cillay vice president for WSU Global Campus. He will focus on creating new off-site academic programs and serve as a liaison between WSU and groups that want programs at new sites. WSU Global Campus launched in 2012 to provide online educational programs. It offers eight baccalaureate and 12 graduate degrees.
