Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails in Motif Seattle said Anne Magoon will be joining the food and beverage management team as general manager.

She was operations director for McCracken Tough Restaurant Group, where she oversaw four venues in Capitol Hill and Belltown, including Tavern Law and Spur Gastropub.
