State Department of Commerce

LDC Inc. of Woodinville was awarded a $260,000 contract by the state Department of Commerce to help local governments increase the supply of affordable housing. Commerce said the firm will work with King, Pierce, Snohomish, Kitsap, Whatcom, Thurston and Clark counties to develop guidelines by December of 2018.
