Russell Investments
Seattle-based Russell Investments hired Ying Tan as president and general manager for the Shanghai office. Tan has more than 20 years of experience in wealth management, investment research and trading. She headed Mercer's investment business in China and before that was a senior analyst at Children's Medical Center in Boston.
