Custom Choice Door

Homewood Holdings LLC bought Lakewood-based Custom Choice Door for an undisclosed amount. Founded in 2007 by Ted Matthews and Alan Pascoe, Custom Choice supplies doors and millwork to local builders, contractors and DIY homeowners. Matthews remains as president. In the Seattle area, Homewood has bought Evergreen Lumber and Eagle Creek Siding. It is seeking to partner with and/or buy independent pro dealers, component manufacturers and service providers throughout the West. Homewood is part of the investment firm Building Industry Partners, which has offices in New York, Boston and Dallas.
