Seattle-based business law firm Stokes Lawrence on Sept. 1 will gain nine attorneys from Seattle-based Mills Meyers Swartling, which will no longer offer legal services after that date. The attorneys joining Stokes Lawrence will be part of the firm's Litigation and Business practices. They are: Brett T. MacIntyre, Bruce Winchell, Caryn Geraghty Jorgensen, Eric W. Robinson, James K. Wilkens, John Fetters, Rachael R. Wallace, Raymond S. Weber and Samantha K. Pitsch. All but Wilkens, who is based in Anchorage, will work in Seattle. Jorgensen will become a shareholder at Stokes Lawrence, making the firm 50% women-owned.
