Seattle-based Washington Federal Bank promoted Ryan Mauer to senior vice president and chief credit officer, and James Endrizzi to senior vice president of commercial banking. Mauer takes over for Mark Schoonover and Endrizzi replaces Bob Peters, both of which have become senior advisors to the bank. Mauer joined Washington Federal in 2007 after 16 years in consumer and commercial banking with Seafirst Bank/Bank of America. Most recently, he was senior vice president and division manager of Washington Federal's commercial and industrial team in Seattle. Endrizzi has over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services, including the last four years leading the bank's commercial team in Utah. Prior to joining Washington Federal, he worked for KeyCorp and JP Morgan Chase. He is based out of Boise, Idaho.
