Life Science Washington, the state's life science trade association, has three new board members and new leadership on its executive committee. Dr. Margaret McCormick, executive director and COO of Benaroya Research Institute at Virginia Mason and vice president of Research for Virginia Mason Medical Center, is the new board chair. McCormick succeeds Caitlin Cameron, chair and CEO of OtoNexus Medical Technologies, who continues on the executive committee. New board members are: Jan Beck, head of R&D operations at Lyell Immunopharma; Lauren Hackett, COO at the Allen Institute; and Amanda Rose, partner at Fenwick & West. New members of the executive committee are: Richard Fabian, president and COO of FujiFilm SonoSite; and Dr. Teresa Foy, senior vice president of immunology-oncology and cellular therapy at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
