BP

In Anchorage, BP completed the sale of its upstream Alaska business and Prudhoe Bay oil field operations to Hilcorp of Houston. BP said the upstream assets comprise the vast majority of the deal value. Last summer, BP said it would exit Alaska and sell its business there to Hilcorp for $5.6 billion. The sale includes BP's entire upstream and midstream business in the state, as well as interest in the Trans Alaska Pipeline System.
