Tiny house village opens on church land in Tukwila

The Low Income Housing Institute has opened a tiny house village on land owned by Church By the Side of the Road (CBSR) in Tukwila.

The village, at 4820 Military Road S., has 40 tiny houses and community facilities for homeless families with children, individuals, couples and people with pets.
