LIHI opens PSH units in Tacoma

TACOMA — Last month, the Low Income Housing Institute welcomed residents into new permanent supportive housing units at its Aspen Court property at 8620 S. Hosmer St.

LIHI purchased Aspen Court, formerly a Comfort Inn motel, in 2021, and originally operated the building as an enhanced shelter for people who were living on public rights-of-ways as part of the state Department of Commerce's Encampment Resolution Program.
