The Purple Cow coffee shop is making its mark at 9 Mercer St.

Sometimes you announce a lease with a press release. These days, it's more often via Instagram. That's one route taken by The Purple Cow, which has claimed a vacant commercial bay at 9 Mercer St. in the Uptown neighborhood.
