John Bullwinkel was promoted to vice president/director of strategic business development at contractor Howard S. Wright. In his new role, he is working in the firm’s Vancouver office with CEO Brad Nydahl on strategic business pursuits and client care. Bullwinkel worked in the Seattle office for the past 18 years. The company also hired Scott Lee as vice president and regional manager of the San Francisco office. Lee has 28 years of industry experience, including stints with the Seattle offices of Hanover Co. and Skanska
