Seattle-based Global Diving & Salvage hired John Propeck as general manager of the Gulf Coast regional office in Houston. Propeck is in charge of developing new and ongoing business in offshore operations, marine construction and casualty response. He has 45 years of experience in the commercial diving and maritime industry, including 20 years in program and project management.
