Cochran promoted Curt Dickerson to director of Washington Large Electrical Construction, Steve Burnett to director of Preconstruction and Estimating, and Collette Duck to director of Internal Services. Dickerson has been with Cochran for 11 years and has more than 30 years of experience in electrical and general contracting. Burnett has more than 19 years of experience in electrical construction. Duck is responsible for Cochran's warehouse, tools, prefabrication, purchasing and IT departments. Cochran is an electrical and technology contractor.
