$140M job to remove SR-16 fish barriers

BURLEY, Kitsap County — The Washington State Department of Transportation plans to issue a request for qualifications in August for removal of four fish barriers along state Route 16 in Kitsap County. The estimated cost is between $120 million and $140 million.

The DJC published the advanced notice for a design-build RFQ on June 20.
