Ped bridge reopens, but needs repairs

Access at both ends of the pedestrian bridge over I-405 was blocked while engineers assessed the extent of the damage.

KIRKLAND — The pedestrian bridge over Interstate 405 at Northeast 80th Street in Kirkland reopened Wednesday, following an emergency closure that began June 3.
