Construction poised to start on 31 affordable Rainier Valley condos

Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties (Habitat SKKC) and local nonprofit African Community Housing & Development (ACHD) are partnering to build three affordable housing projects in the Rainier Valley.
