Pierce County launches ‘Building Together Initiative' to expand skilled trades workforce

    Pierce County Exec. Ryan Mello signed the Building Together Initiative on Aug. 31 at Clover Park Technical College’s Eastside Training Center.

    Pierce County Exec. Ryan Mello has signed a new workforce development directive to expand apprenticeship opportunities, increase local participation in public construction projects, and strengthen the pipeline of skilled workers across the county.
