$32M Moses Lake rail job ready to roll

MOSES LAKE, Grant County — The Port of Moses Lake is expected to award a $31.75 million contract for the Northern Columbia Basin Railroad Project to Missouri-based rail contractor Martinus, pending approval by the port commission board.

The company's bid was selected for schedules 1, 2 and 3 of the project.
