The property is close to JTM’s headquarters at the Original Rainier Brewery, which includes this historic office building at 6010 Airport Way S.

Seattle-based based general contractor JTM Construction is investing in its people and preparing for future growth with the recent purchase of a two-building property at 225 S. Lucile St.
