RCI Construction Group Pacific has been selected by the city and county of Honolulu to build the Sand Island Headworks Powerplant. RCI’s bid of $81 million was the lowest of four proposals.
"RCI is currently under way with the ultra violet disfraction contract at Sand Island, bid last spring for $70 million," said Ralph Mason, president of RCI Civil and Industrial. "We were well situated to be competitive on this next phase."
