After Hours: ‘Come from Away': 9/11 musical opens

“Come From Away” is based on a true story that began Sept. 11, 2001, when 38 planes filled with thousands of people were diverted to a remote Canadian town.
SEATTLE — A new musical called “Come From Away” premiers at Seattle Rep starting today and running through Dec. 13 in the Bagley Wright Theatre. It's a co-production with La Jolla Playhouse and the first musical on the Rep's main stage in over 15 years.
