Kurtis Blow performs Hip-Hop Nutcracker
SEATTLE -- Tchaikovsky's ballet is reimagined at The Paramount Theatre in The Hip Hop Nutcracker. The production features hip hop artist Kurtis Blow, the first rapper to be signed by a major label in 1979. The show has two performances, on Nov 13 at 7:30 p.m. and Nov. 14 at 2 p.m.
A cast of a dozen dancers, an on-stage DJ and an electric violinist perform the beloved show.
