Craig Schafer, the one-time Colliers International hotel broker, has purchased his second Seattle hotel, the Claremont on the north end of downtown Seattle.
Schafer said he plans to conduct an extensive renovation of the 76-year-old, 121-room Claremont during the next two years to become a three-star boutique hotel like the Alexis, the Monaco and the Vintage Park.
