| 7/17 | IDP for all-Interns, mentors and supervisors in Bellingham. Who should attend: Interns wishing to learn about IDP; architects serving as supervisors and mentors; and firms interested in assisting employees during their internship period. IDP State Coordinator Grace Kim AIA will provide information on IDP requirements required by WA state for licensure) as well as suggestions on how to IDP can be used for direct career development. The roles and responsibilities of supervisors and mentors will be explained. She will describe a new mentor matching program through which Interns will have the opportunity to find Mentors, and architects will have the opportunity to serve as Mentors.
