Although it might be unfair to call Los Angeles the litigation capital of the world, our neighbors to the south definitely generate their fair share of, shall we say, unique lawsuits. For exhibit 1, how about a certain murder trial that turned Mark Fuhrman and Kato Kaelin into household names? To punctuate my point, let me share three cases I stumbled across during a recent trip to the Golden State.
