Burglary victims lose suit against 911 dispatchers

Everyone should have a neighbor like Ken Baker.

Ken knew his neighbors were vacationing in Florida. So when Ken saw a strange white sedan pull into their driveway in the early morning hours, the Tupelo, Miss., resident realized something was up. His suspicions only grew when three men exited the car and the sedan left the scene. So, like any concerned citizen, Ken called 911 right away to report the fishy activity.
