Lorelei Williams joined WSP USA engineering and professional services consultancy as transportation business line leader for the Pacific Northwest district. In her new role as a vice president, Williams will enhance service offerings and foster the development of new and emerging innovations. She will advance the strategic direction of WSP within the district, which includes Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Hawaii and Guam; and position the company for growth and encourage staff development in the district. Williams has about 24 years of transportation industry experience, most recently as deputy director of capital project delivery for Seattle's Department of Transportation over the past 16 years. In this role she was the executive lead for the Move Seattle Levy and the capital projects, project development and roadway structures divisions.

Shannon & Wilson, a geotechnical and environmental consulting firm, promoted these people to office manager in the following cities: Mike Harney in Seattle, Kyle Brennan in Anchorage, Alaska and David Vara in Denver, Colorado. Harney is a geotechnical engineer and vice president. He works on civil engineering and construction projects involving a range of soil and rock types. His geotechnical engineering experience includes studies and recommendations for projects including fish passage facilities; trenched and tunneled pipeline installations; wastewater, stormwater and water supply facilities; commercial and industrial buildings; road, railroad and light rail transit alignments and bridges; and highway and railroad embankments. Brennan is a geotechnical engineer and vice president. He has experience in geological and geotechnical engineering for projects in Alaska. His experience includes road and rail infrastructure; pedestrian walkways, trails and bridges; pavement analysis and remediation; utilities and power generation/distribution; new building development; and airports and seaports. Vara is a geotechnical engineer and senior associate with a experience on transportation and infrastructure projects, including major rail, roadway and bridge projects; evaluation and remediation of geohazards; water and wastewater plants; and design of shoring systems.

The Seattle studio of B+H Architects promoted Christa Jansen to principal of interior design and welcomed back Bryan Berg to lead B+H's global experiential graphic design practice. Jansen's leadership of award-winning interior design projects and creation of the firm's design principles make her an integral member of the Seattle leadership team and a meaningful contributor to B+H's global practice. Berg returns to guide the expansion of B+H's experiential graphic design practice as it adds team members across the firm's worldwide studio network and delivers larger and more diverse projects across geographies.

Seattle-based Clark|Barnes promoted Craig Carney to senior associate. Carney will launch the firm's single family design studio with a focus on high-end custom homes, remodels/additions, second homes and DADUs. He was hired in 2019 and has managed several notable projects including the 18-story mass timber AKARI House high-rise in First Hill and the eight-story mass timber Ballard Radisson Red Hotel. An architect with more than 20 years in the field, he has worked on luxury single-family, distribution centers, high-rise, multifamily, office buildings and hospitality, but his true passion is single-family and working with homeowners.

Everett-based Dykeman Architects hired Vas Sufuev to its design staff. Sufuev will support project development from design through construction administration, assisting job captains with project assignments and deadlines, and working on a variety of project types. Sufuev holds a bachelor of architecture degree from the University of Texas in Austin. He interned for Forsite Studio and Lanmar Services and held freelance and part-time positions with residential developers in Texas and California. Dykeman provides architecture, interiors and graphic design.

TCA Architecture + Planning promoted Forest Hooker to associate principal and Darin Wate to senior associate. Hooker has over 29 years of experience. He has managed municipal, federal and fire facility projects over his 17-year tenure at the firm. He has lectured and published nationally on the complexity of fire station design and is an expert in this field. He is a member of several state fire organizations and the AIA Seattle's Committee on Homelessness. Wate has over 30 years of experience. He has dedicated his 23-year career at TCA to the design of municipal facilities. Most notably, he worked on the Issaquah Fire Station 72, the first fire station in the U.S. to achieve a LEED Platinum and Net Zero Energy.

Tacoma-based Middle of Six, a marketing consultancy specializing in construction, architecture and engineering, hired Allison Tivnon as pursuit strategist, and Allison Rose as graphic design manager. Tivnon was marketing director and partner at ECONorthwest, an economics and planning firm. In 2019, she was named SMPS Oregon's Influential Marketing Leader of the Year. At Middle of Six, she applies over a dozen years of experience in procurement to help clients develop proposals and content for their messaging and branding. Rose was a digital marketing specialist at Seattle-based multidisciplinary architecture firm, Weber Thompson. Her experience includes branding and website designs for small businesses as a freelance graphic designer, creating digital marketing campaigns, and analytical reporting. At Middle of Six, she applies 10 years of graphic design and digital marketing experience to visual storytelling in graphic design, advising on digital marketing best practices including email marketing, social media and website optimization.

Lane Powell has added five new attorneys to the firm's Portland and Seattle offices. Ellie Perka joins as a shareholder and Alexander Fung, Sarah Molinoff, Kellen Patterson and Carlisle Pearson join as associates. Fung (Seattle) joins Lane Powell on the Corporate, Securities and M&A Team. Molinoff (Portland) joins the Commercial Litigation Team. Patterson (Seattle) comes to Lane Powell from Groff Murphy and joins the Commercial Litigation and Construction Teams. Pearson (Portland) joins Lane Powell on the Commercial Litigation Team. During law school, Pearson worked as a Summer Associate at the firm. Perka (Seattle) comes to the firm from Ahlers Cressman & Sleight and joins Lane Powell's Construction and Commercial Litigation Teams as a shareholder. Her experience includes handling multimillion-dollar complex disputes, including the SR 99 Tunnel, the Seattle Seawall, the Washington State Convention Center expansion and the I-90 reconstruction.

Mercer, a professional services firm, has appointed Angela Barrie as West Health Market business leader. Based in Seattle, her responsibilities will include building brand and market awareness, driving revenue growth, and providing strategic direction in Mercer's health business across the West coast. Barrie has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare consulting industry. Most recently, she served as vice president of Employer Solutions at ConsumerMedical, a Massachusetts-based clinical advocacy firm that targets large to jumbo employers. Mercer is a business of Marsh & McLennan.

Portland-based Resilient Infrastructure Group announced its acquisition by Partners Group. Concurrently with Resilient's acquisition by Partners Group, Resilient announced the closing of its investment in a wastewater-to-renewable natural gas plant at Threemile Canyon Farms in Boardman, Oregon. Resilient acquires, develops and manages a portfolio of wastewater, water and related infrastructure assets in the U.S. and Canada.
