Landlord reels in new office tenant

SEATTLE — The owner of a Seattle office building, Salmon Bay Landing, signed a nearly 11,200-square-foot lease with the International Pacific Halibut Commission.

The commission signed a 10-year deal for about a third of the building at 2320 W. Commodore Way. Other terms weren't released.
