Studio 216 makes 999 Third app

Studio 216 and Colliers International released an app for iPhones and iPads for 999 Third Avenue, also known as Wells Fargo Center. While touring the building, potential tenants can point a phone or tablet to a specific spot and see what it will look like once renovation is complete. Areas that can be viewed in the app include the lobby, work stations, break room and game room. Ivanhoe Cambridge paid $390 million for the building in June 2013, and immediately started planning a renovation to attract tech and creative companies.
