Noe Castillo joins WSHFC
The Washington State Housing Finance Commission announced that Noe Castillo, Jr. has joined it. He was named to the Commission by Governor Jay Inslee. Castillo is director of labor compliance and education for Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters. WSHFC is a publicly accountable, self-supporting state agency.
