New residential brokerage

Last month a consortium of seven local residential brokers announced they were combining to form a new shop, dubbed Real Residential. Managing partner Nick Glant, previously with Compass (which acquired his NWG group), announced the new venture. “We are extremely excited to get back to our entrepreneurial values of elevating the real estate experience for our clients with Real Residential,” he said. Joining him are partners Brad Cahill, Albert Clark, Steve Curran, Shawn Filer, Jason Foss and Galya Kirstine, also from the same NWG group at Compass. The new firm, totaling 21 employees, will have Seattle and Bellevue offices. It'll also be the exclusive sales partner to MN Custom Homes, the largest luxury builder in Western Washington.
