CBRE is selling Tesla-leased building

RENTON — As the DJC and others have reported, Tesla will lease an old industrial building at 600 S.W. 10th St. in Renton. The former Ryerson Metals building, owned by Elion Partners, will become a dealership and service center for the electric vehicle company. The city of Renton is now considering those plans; approval seems likely.

Missing from recent accounts, however, is that CBRE is now selling the building for Elion. The asking price is a little over $51.1 million. Elion, of Miami, acquired the building in 2021 for a bit over $27.6 million.
