Rush planning to build 212 Kitsap units, with another 328 units possible

No start date has been announced for Phase I.

North of Bremerton near Brownsville, Rush Companies made a large land buy four years ago. Its 212-unit garden apartment plan at 1000 Gluds Pond Road has been gradually gaining speed since then, slowed in part owing to new planned roadways, in coordination with the neighbors, and nearby wetlands.
